Background
Six Bricks can both energise and transform the teaching of mathematics in infant classes across the first two years. In Ireland, this is Junior Infants (Ages 4.5 years to 5.5 years) and Senior Infants (Ages 5.5 years to 6.5 years).

Teaching Mathematics with Six Bricks in Junior Infants and Teaching Mathematics with Six Bricks in Senior Infants are the first books in this series. Together, the books in the kit contain a suite of 64 easy step-by-step lessons and 64 reproducible task sheets. The lessons build out number skills and concepts from 1 to 6, along with teaching aspects of shape, measurement and data handling, all using a hands-on, Six Bricks approach that is playful, fun, active, interactive and highly effective.
